This concept is a full service, Baja-style cantina & grill whose menu items include buckets built for two, as well as the traditional tastes of tequila & lime prawns, carne asada, and fajitas de pollo.  This concept has been serving its customers their infamous buckets brimming with shrimp and lobster wrapped in warm tortillas since 1983.  Their Puerto Nuevo style of cooking where everything is flash fried and dusted with Mexican spices quickly became a favorite among local residents and tourists alike.  The concept's build-out is between 4,000 and 6,000 sq. ft., seating 100 - 125 plus full bar and patio.  Total investment is between $240K and $1,239K.

The franchisor provides among other support, real estate and site selection, marketing / PR / communications support, legal / financial support, and training and operational support.

Owner Profile

Candidates should have management experience.  Food service experience is a plus; but not required.
